In just two days, Michigan Representative Yousef Rabhi will be releasing his MiCare bill, a plan for Single Payer for Michigan, in the state house. While it's unlikely Michigan will be the "Saskatchewan" of the U.S. (Saskatchewan being the first province in Canada to launch a single payer program), New York might be.
